Abstract

Against the backdrop of rapid development in the digital economy, big data analytics has become a core digital tool for enterprises to optimize operations, integrate supply chain resources, and build market competitive advantages. Domestic main board listed companies, with their complete governance systems, stable cash flow, and diversified business scenarios, are the core entities for big data application. However, big data adoption is constrained by multiple factors including technology, organization, and environment. Perceived value, as the core subjective judgment standard for management’s digital decision-making, plays a crucial mediating role in the transmission between various TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment) elements and corporate big data investment behavior. This paper employs an integrative literature review method, using the TOE framework as a unified analytical lens, to sort out various antecedent factors of big data adoption in existing research, clarify the internal transmission logic of perceived value, summarize existing research conclusions, generalize the limitations of current research and propose future research directions. The results show that existing empirical studies mostly focus on sub-sectors such as fisheries, cultural tourism, port and shipping, and specialized and innovative industries, lacking an integrated review of all categories of main board listed companies. This leads to shortcomings such as industry segmentation, neglect of the unique institutional characteristics of main board companies, and insufficient empirical evidence on the perceived transmission mechanism. The relevant conclusions can provide theoretical support for the digital strategic layout of listed companies and the formulation of government digital industry policies.
